Got a minor scratch from a stray dog.

I got a minor scratch form a dog i usually feed. I am very much concerned about it. Please let me know what i can do. the scratch was very minor and was light red in the beginning and not now after few hours scratch is not at all visible but i am really worried please tell what to do
