Golden color small thing falls from hair

Hi Doc, Im a 17 year old male and lately i've noticed that small color golden flakes sort of stuff are there in my hair which makes me dig them out constantly. Is this something i should be worried about or should i just use some anti dandruff shampoo ? Your help in this matter would be appreciated. Thank You.

Stop picking the scalp. The golden crusts could just be due induced trauma . Cleanse your scalp with 1% Nizoral shampoo, it is OTC. If it persists consult a dermatologist.
