I have heard of a lot of people getting glutathione injections for skin lightening. Are these injections safe? Are there any side effects? Most importantly, how much difference in skin tone can a person expect?

Well, i appreciate that you have attained some knowledge about skin lightening. The treatment planing varies according to the Skin type and requirements. Results are good , at the same time there is nothing to assure about safety. Injections for skin lightening have Not been approved/declared safe still. Thus its at individuals own decision to take treatment following his/her Consent.
