I am a 35 years old male. I recently went for a diabetes basic panel test. Glucose fasting was 102 and hba1c is 5.2. please advice m I at the risk of diabetes

Hba1c if done from a reputed lab is a better indicator of diabetes. Your report is perfectly normal. For the raised fbs, i suggest you recheck the following reports after 3 months: fbs,plbs, hba1c.
