My nephew is in an advance stage of glaucoma. The problem started in 2013 when he had irritation in his left eye and become all red and painful...gradually Lost vision in left eye and sensee only blurred motion when waved in from of his eye. His rich eye is still working but see a tunnel image. Is treatment for cure possible or stop the nerve degrading process and retain the little sight he still havcthrough treatment or any other therapy.. Please help

In glaucoma,the loss which once occurs is permanent. It doesn't come back even after treatment. The only thing we can do is to restrict the loss by taking regular treatment. It might be medical or surgical,let the doctor decide.
