Hii doctor. ..my gf was become  17 after in 1 month 13 days...my very tensed about is health..she have thyroid problem and for that she takes madicine..but I think she did not attend his puberty... because she is 17 alomost ..she have 3/4 years period or have pubic hair..but she is so skinny and her breast was not developed ..she is 5 feet 3 inches tall...can shee attend his puberty or if your ans is no...can she have puberty at 16 year or 17 years of age?? How do I know he was successful attend his puberty or not...if you can help me PLZZ let me know...I have already consultat 4 doctors..but money was weast..they told me they can help but after paying money they told me (it's depends) ...plzzz I need help
