Girlfriend's vaginal stricture

My girlfriend (16) and I (17) attempted sex the other night and it would've been her first time (her hymen is torn from masturabtion). I penetrated but was only able to go in two inches. I checked inside her with my fingers and felt a vaginal stricture. She can't talk to her parents about this. Can I break it with enough force or should i not?
