Is giloy good for people having diabetes and weak immunity. I often get unwell and have to visit doctor regularly for some problem or the other. Please suggest of giloy will work for me or not.

Since it’s not a allopathy drug and no concrete evidence cannot comment on it. But if u having diabetes or low immunity it is worth while to find out the cause and treating it. People with diabetes are prone low immunity due to various reasons and it is worthwhile to maintain sugars in der control and have good lifestyle practices like good diet, regular exercise which will take u long way.
