As you work for aoutsourced job,its a IT job.so this can be professional hazard like change in spect no.or cervical spodilytis due to long hours in wrong posture. As you are a 40year old female,you should also get cheched for BP and diabetes. You should see aphysician first for detail checkup and proper diagnosis.treatment comes later.
