Giddiness, heavy headed

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I am feeling giddiness, heavy headed and eye focusing problem throughout the day. And one thing that my stomach is not being fully cleared in the morning. My giddiness problem exactly started on 21july 15 till persist. When I move my head in any direction,as per respective direction my head is begin to started spinning
