Giddiness due to Ear Wax Conjestion

Hi sir, I had viral fever from 16th to 22 July, on 22nd of july suddenly Ear Wax Popped up from my Left Ear, and i started feeling lightheadness/Diziness/Haziness, Blurred Vision, feeling confused, not able to connect things I concerned with ENT Specialist they suggested me some decongestant and reffered to Neurology, can you please suggest me what
