Getting sudden sharp mild chest pain

I am getting frequent sudden sharp chest mild pain in the middle of the chest Total cholesterol - 192 Triglicerides -300 Hdl -34 Non hdl - 157 Ldl 96 Vldl 61 Chol/hdl ratio - 5.6 These are my recent numbers...please sugggest
