Getting somany discharges. Helpme!

Hi am Abhilasha I had c section on feb16 after that am getting bleeding for 2months first month heavy after that lts decreased some amount after completion of 3 and 1/2 months am getting black dischrge and some times white discharge some times light black discharge some times light yellow discharge and some of the discharges may not find proper colour also am very worrying about this discharges actually I have contamination ocd since corona after 2years it's decreased then when iam pregent am am getting white dischrges after 8 months at that time am am having sexual feelings so my main fear is am getting sexual thoughts so my mind is saying this is sexual discharge not normal discharge so am washing more and am bathing more time after delivery am getting these type of discharges so with contmination ocd am very scared of these fluids if I see small amount of liquid also I will bath and wash more time I have increased my contmaination ocd because of these liquids..please helpme
