Getting pain in upper part of stomach

Asked for Female, 26 Years

My wife is getting ache in upper part of stomach since evening. After consulting with a chemist shop, he gave her a dicyclomine hydrochloride and a gastric tablet. She took it since 0.5 hours ago, but not much improvement. What should I do now? Is it leading to intenstain problem?

Upper part of stomach pain happen mainly due to gastritis, other causes are cholecystitis ( infection of gall bladder) due to stone or without stone. Rarely can be due to colitis.
