Getting pain from bottom
I am getting Paine from bottom of the spine from two days I used drive 60km daily . Could you please sujest what is the problem?

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

Hello.. Well daily 60 kms is a big thing and yes it's definitely related to your posture...if its your profession then we cannot help much...all I an suggest you is to take adequate rest... exercises and physiotherapy will also help...make your travel comfortable..it's difficult to travel in a two wheeler.... thank you
