Getting much exited and mind out of cont
Hi doctor,
I am suffering from one problem from last couple of month. When i talking with a person, i feel like to slap then without any reason. And feeling to jump from the top of roof sometimes. And full body feel like itching. Head is always paining sweetly. Not able to think what do to or not to do, then i am doing masterbation and got some relaxation.
I am not able to control my mind. Have lot of family pressure also. I am only man in my family.

You need to work on your symptoms and get screened for Ny mental health issue
You have to be strong and get on treatment

This is look like obsessive thoughts with compulsive acts but need more evaluation for diagnosis.this can be treated with medication and therapy.
