Getting fever since yesterday

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Hi I have taken first dose of vaccine on 29th june...for two days after taking vaccine i got 101 fever after that no fever but since yesterday evening m getting fever around 99.5 ...kindly suggest medictions..m having headache also since yesterday...
