Getting Cramps but no period
My period was scheduled on 09/01, I didnt get it even now. I am getting cramps but no period as of now.
I have done the urine test also it is negative.
Please help me what to do? I am getting tensed now.

Sometimes periods get delayed due to certain factors like stress sheduled date plus or minus7 days is not a problem
