Getting cough every 2 months recently

Hello Doctor, Recently I have observed that I am getting Cough every 2 months and it goes away in 10-12 days. Does this mean my immune is getting weak ? Also what vaccines should be taken by adults in India. I am 27 Years Old Thanks
