Hello, it is not normal to release sperm uncontrollably when you are pooping, and red penis??? Are you having any erection while pooping,, uncontrollably??? Hello sir since when you are experiencing this problem,,(from very long period or a recent one)?? To come to conclusion you need to answer few question and you need to get examined,, please consult a general physician.
