Get rid of grey hair

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I am working in heat treatment area, atmospheric temperature around 50 degree and in summer even more. And working area is affected by LPG gas also. Working 10 hours per day. I am suffering from greying hair and it's increases rapidly. How can it be stopped and can get reverse greying of hair if possible?
