After h mole,d&e done,after 3 wks,hcg platue at 350, so mtx started iv 400 mg every 15 days,but still hcg not dropped as expected,after 2 cycle its still 99.usg improved from vasculer lesion to non vascular one.dr suggest may be actinomycin needed ,but its toxicity is scary specialy hair loss ,what to do suggest

I feel u should give it a week's time. Rather than changing drugs which r potentially hazardous, continue methotrexate n wait
