Gestational Diabetes Fixed ?
Hi Please refer attached abnormal values I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes on 14 jul (23 week) due to GTT 2 hr (178) I did diet control Today (19 aug - 28 week) I did glucose pp and it is normal My hba1c today was also normal (5.0%)  and estimated Average glucose was 97 mg/dL Is my gestational diabetes fixed ? What is ur advice ?

Hba1c is not an accurate measure in pregnancy, that too at 23-28 weeks. Once your GTT is abnormal, it is gestational diabetes. You can control it with diet and exercise alone or treatment depending on sugar values. Also you can ideally buy a glucometer and check sugars at home - fasting and post meal(1 hour) daily. Fasting should be less than 90 and post meal (1 hr) should be less than 140.
