Throat issues can be due to GERD. You can take Nexpro L daily for few days. Cap Becosule once a day for 15 days for oral ulcers. Zytee gel for local application. Avoid spicy food. Avoid smoking, alcohol, tea and coffee. Do lie down immediately after meals. Most of your issues are due to obesity. Gradual weight reduction is necessary. Exercise
