Went for endoscopy, sonography and chest xray the result is GERD Pangastrities positive. Nothing found in sonography and xray. Consulated General physician and Gasentrologicst. I have B12 (97) and D3 (18)'defencincy. Medicine started for GERD for 1 month cource, and  B12 nasal srapy , D3 and multi vitamin. My concern is , is weight loss, low on energy, loss of appetite common with above issues ? What type of fruits and vegetables to consume ? How long does to take to heal GERD and feel energetic like early. Thank u.

Avoid citric fruits, rest you can consume. As your endoscopy is showing gerd, you will be alright soon in couple of weeks.
