I've been suffering from GERD(no chest burn) for 7 months.I am recovered a lot but it is not completely cured. As per doctor my symptoms are of gastritis so I'm following changed life style for preventing it.But for last 1 & half  month I'm feeling heaviness in chest region and left upper abdomen pain below rib.these pain is sharp n deep pain for small duration.i have done with G I endoscopy 3 months before & report is normal.another thing I have been diagnosed with 4 mm kidney stone in left side 3months before.the abdomen pain is like wound is there & feel when food passes through it.Chest burning is very low but lungs & heart regions becomes heavy & gives sometimes deep minute pain.also I'm feel pain like nerves below both clavicle is getting blocked.Antacids creating watery feeling in stomach so I stopped it.I want know is it something serious thing behind the symptoms.I've divided my food into five times a day with small amount due to digestive issue.please suggest what to do.

[ ] Hi as symptoms are suggestive of gastritis and GERD .Need to follow some lifestyle changes. Take food timely. Avoid cabbage, capsicum, citrus fruits ( for a while). Don't drink water with food, take after 40 min. as much as needed thereafter. Don't lie down immediately after food. Finish night meal by 8.30 pm maximum. Go to bed after minimum 1 hour after dinner. Always keep stomach 1/4 th empty.Divide meal into 5-6 times a day. Avoid the particular food, which is being observed to cause bloating, fullness, upper abdominal pain/ discomfort, reflux symptoms etc. A good acid blocker is needed to check excess acid production. Some times in intractable cases one need to go ahead with Upper Gastroscopy to rule out gastric ulcer/erosions and presence of H PYLORI infection.Feel free to ask any further quary related to this problem.
