I am taking paroxetine 37.5 for gad but it is not working anymore i feel anxious and overthinked at night my doctor suggest buspiron but i am also not taking due to anxiety of side effects for longtime.what should i do.

Hello. Paroxetine dose can be increased if its not causing improvement. Buspurone does not cause any long term side effects. If your doctor is comfortable with it for anxiety, you can easily take it.
