General sleepiness and lack of energy

Hi Doctor, For the last couple of days I am feeling very drowsy and lack of energy. I suffered from cold and cough some 30 days back however apart from some uneasiness on throat nothing is there. Why this sudden lack of energy.

Viral flu does cause lethargy. However, if it's been a month, you need further evaluation. Could be because of lack of calcium, thyroid disorder, some on going infection if you have sore/ itchy throat. For the time being, take multivitamins and consume fresh fruits and veggies. Drink 3 lit of water daily. Can take coconut water too. Try to do some breathing exercises, meditation to relax yourslef
