My Dear Friend, Skipping and sits up are not advisable during pregnacy. The best excercise during pregnacy is swimming and walking. Certain Yoga Aasanas are advised, but these Aasnas must be done under supervision of a qualified and experienced trainer. My best wishes. Dr. Anamay Kamalakar Bidwai Chennai
