I had tinnitus since 2 years, brain mri was done last year which showed thick mucous in ethmoid air cells, doc said its normal, now i have pain below my ear just behind my jaw, and when i click or pop my ears it feels a stabby pain there, please let me know if that is mastoiditis? And would a brain mri rule out mastoiditis?
