Can any Dr. Plz recommend me any good medicine for age grp of 15 to 80+ with no side effects n safe genetic medicine also if possible for Gas ,Acidity , common cold, fever, body pain, vomiting , loose motion plz as many of the medicine are notsafe like vicks action combiflame paracetamol etc plz humble request plz... do reply...

Hello sir
If you want to carry these medicines abroad, you will need a proper prescription of the same. Besides Syp Gelusil is safe for Gas and acidity, Crocin is good for fever cold n cough and body ache. These are basic medicines which you can take over the counter and can be suggested by doctors without any specific information about the patient.

I can understand your concern.
if you are suffering from all these symptoms then you have to consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
Cannot give names of the medicines without examining a patient.
people tend to note down the names and do medicine abuse. kindly do not follow these wrong practises and consult a general surgeon in person.
