While playing my 3 year old child sometimes keeps my feets in his mouth . Does it has something to do with rabies infection?

It's not rabies for sure. It is quite normal at 3 years of age.

No.. don't worry.but take care of it..its very unhygienic for your baby. not rabies but other infection can occur
