Hello there. Covid is a communicable disease and can be spread by direct or indirect contact. Covid won’t be spread by actually eating the biscuits but the handlers not following hygienic practices can spread the disease. Places like temples and food shops are not particularly known for their hygienic practices and can spread it. So I would advise you to refrain from eating anything that might not be kept clean.
