General diagnosis of symptoms
Hello , could you please assist in what you think the cause of my symptoms are.
Body pains , swolen lymph nodes ( whole body ) ,muscle twitching, main swolen lymph
lymph node is on my right hip,causing pain in my leg. Also headaches .

Swollen lymph nodes all over the body is a serious matter. Mainly lymph nodes found in groin point towards infection in the leg.
Please get your CBC done and consult with a General Physician (many consulations will be required. So the doctor should be approachable).

First show me the reports showing swollen lymph nodes.
It can be because of infection , autoimmune disorders ,drug reactions etc there are many reasons.
Needs to be corrected clinically.
