I'm 23 years old and I'm a student. For months I've had neck and back pain for which I took physical therapy.The pain was because of my work posture(I'm a dentist). Rn I get hypotensive and have palpitations. I have experienced some weight gain recently despite all the physical activity. Sometimes I have difficulty breathing esp. when I smell something strong. I have no previous medical history and I'm not under any medications. I got my CBC panel checked three months ago and it was all within normal limits.
Which tests should I got through ?

Keep a record on your pulse rate while at rest , working etc and also get a b12 d3 test done to confirm any deficiency and plan to reduce your anxiety
