  4. General anatomy question. Any swelling?

What all glands/muscles are there in the area marked? The area is a depression and in left side the mandible is there and in right the scm muscle is there, and what could be the reason of tenderness there? Without any swelling? Since a week tenderness is over there. Please don't ask me to contact you on whatsapp, help me here please :(
