Gelusil syrup & pantop syp for heartburn
I have doubt regarding Gelusil syrup & pantop syrup usages in terms I was intake little amount of ("Masala ingredients") in Rice...it creates some uncomfortable in my chest.It made me feel some tightness & burning sensation over that place.. While searching the usage of pantop syp & gelusil antacid syp or same? 1) which is better syp to take relief from burning sensation in the chest? Pantop syp or Gelusil syp Which syp gives relief from burning sensation in the chest...please clarify and give me your Valuable answers sir/madam
