Kindly advice if I can take gelsemium 30 if I'm also taking Vitamin D Pura 60000 units once in 15 days. Also, will the gelsemium help in reduction of neck shoulder and arm pain ?

Sure it can be cured by proper homoeopathic medicines. There has been extensive investigation of the effectiveness of homeopathy. There is no good-quality evidence that homeopathy is effective as a treatment for any health condition. Consult at very affordable rates. Thanks 😊

For your condition, Homoeopathy is most beneficial but follow a good Homoeopath for proper treatment....For treatment we need complete case details,  Don't take medication by your own. Along with vit-D medicines, you can use Homoeopathy also but maintain 30 minutes gap between two.
Next Steps
For treatment consult me through practo.

Gels and vit D can take in a gap of min 20 min. There is no restrictions. If some doctors prescribed you to take gels, just go for it. Otherwise, consult properly.

There is no conflict to take Gels with Vit D. Whether Gels will help in reducing the pain depends on a lot of other factors. If someone has prescribed, please proceed. If not, you must consult with complete details rather than taking it randomly.
