Q1:-My eye pressure was reported 25 in both the eyes today via air puff method. As it was concerning to me, I asked Senior resident regarding it. He asked junior resident to do applanated tonometry. But the JR while performing GAT, did not use flouroscein. The readings were 14 and 16. I asked her whether it's okay not to use the dye , and she told me it's rather more accurate without flouroscein. I don't know how much trained JR anyways are with these things. Now, are my readings reliable?
Q2:- She (JR) also said that there is horizontal tilting of my disc. But then SR checked on slit lamp , he said disc is healthy. What does tilting signify anyway?

Air puff tonometer is used for screening and isn't very accurate. Applanation tonometry can be done without fluorescein as well but it's more reliable if fluorescein is used. Tilting of disc is just one of the variations of optic nerve and is absolutely normal.
