Gastroesophageal reflux disease
Swelling and hardness in larynx, and feeling something clicking in the left side of throat while swallowing, but no pain, cough,cold or fever, and I am also having gas reflux problems last 3 months, I used so many medicine in past 3 months, like MUCAINE GEL, PANTOP 40 TAB, and AZITHROMYCIN TAB but no use , and finally after lock down I went to MS ENT specialist, he said it's GRED, and he prescribed me MUCAINE GEL, SOMPRAZ 40 TAB, ENZOFLAM TAB and asked me to do some tests for neck like ULTRASOUND OF NECK and reports are shown (ANTERIOR NECK LESION IN THE REGION OF THYROID CARTILAGE- LIKELY LYMPH NODE / COLLAPSED THYROGLOSSAL CYST), then he advised to do FNAC test, and the reports are shown (SUGGESTIVE OF CYSTIC LESION), and now he asked me to do CECT SCAN OF NECK, but my gas reflux problems are not gone, and they are worsen, do I consult GASTROENTEROLOGIST first or do I go with the MS ENT SPECIALIST, please help me.

Reflux, acidity needs to be tackled by a gastroenterologist if not responding to above given medication but the cyst part has to be taken care of by an ent specialist.
Health Tips
Continue taking antacids and avoid taking oily and spicy food. Avoid achar , chutney and sauce.
