If yes, then most important treatment id hydration.
Keep your self adequately hydrated with ORS solution.

GASTROENTERITIS are of different types. Treatment depends. Do u have loose motions. How much is the fever. Any chills or rigors. Any bodyache. COLour of stools ? etc. Other medical histories needed. Any allergies etc.
Next Steps
antibiotics may be needed. blood tests may also be needed.
