I have gastrocnemius pain in day time during summer only from last three years. and also i taken so many medicine of pain killer but no relief in my pain. And i don't know whats the problem in my lags and where i have to consulte (specialist). help me sir

Hi there. Leg pain could be because of many causes like muscle strain, tendinitis, undernutrition, electrolyte imbalance(causes muscle cramps), deep vein thrombosis, varicose veins,peripheral arterial diseases, neurological causes like sciatica,disc prolapse neuropathy. To treat it finding exact cause is needed. Symptomatic treatment like hot fomentation, local application of gels with diclofenac, oral tablets containing aceclofenac/diclofenac, avoid standing for long time, do leg exercises regularly. Please consult orthopedician once.
