Night time back pain
I have been getting worsening pain at night. What happens is I fall asleep and wake up in severe pain. I try to roll over but it hurts so much to roll over and get out of bed. Rolling over is the worst. Sometime it happen in upper spine and sometime in middle spine. It is time it is in ribs.

Hello.... Back pain is due to lack of sleep and improper posture in sleep.. Don't heighten your pillow.. Lie flat with head in line with body, sleep to one side... Your working posture could also affect for example ,if you work in crooked spine then it hurt s at night.
