Gastro some digestion problems and gas

Asked for Male, 50 Years

I have nodes in neck and abdomen with stones in gallbladder and Spleenomegaly. No symptoms but digestion and gas problem. Please advise.

Hi as per Your symptoms and history, neck nodes / abdominal lymph nodes are together mostly seen in Lymphoma ( a type of Cancer) which is almost treatable with certain chemotherapy. Second differential would be a Tuberculosis. A Neck lymph nodal biopsy is required to get a proper treatment. Gall bladder stone is incidental finding, will not harm you. Take care.
