Gastro Esophageal Reflux
Hi,I am 30 year old,sufferimg from gastro esophageal reflux disease from last 7-8 years . Till date 6 USG done every year. Report normal . All the time. Routine urine is done by me yesterday. It is normal. Sometimes i have taken Rabeprazole(20)+Dompridone(30),and occasionally have taken Sucralfate oral gel.
If I eat any heavy masala food, definitely acid and digest food come out with reflux acid. Please help. I did lots of test. All were normal. Till date consult with 11 doctor..including medicine,Gastro,General surgeon...nothing help. Please suggest some medicine etc...

Hello, It will be better if you can avoid fatty and spicy food. Take a bland diet.Do not lie down immediately after food. Regular exercise daily 30minutes.
Next Steps
Consult a gastroenterologist for acid and reflux testing ( not endoscopy) to assess the cause.
