Gastro esophageal reflux disease
I have gerd since 1 year, my first symptoms was acid reflux, i prescribed normal physician he prescribed me pantapraxole medicine...i consumed it for a month...till some days it was relieved..but then it again started 1 month back ...and now i have lost my weight ..i fell nauseated everytime ...i want to know proper medication..and permanent releif from this disease...pls reply fast

As you probably noticed this is a recurring problem because of reflux. Since its almost an year now, I would strongly recommend an ENDOSCOPY for you. One needs to understand the present situation of the illness. Medicines can manage the symptoms for most of the people but at times one gets better releif with Surgery.
Till then, please avoid spicy and oily food, eat dinner a bit less and 2 hours before you sleep. Avoid areated drinks.
Continue medicines as per your doctor.
