Gastritis with nausea

I have gastric problem. Most of the times it's light but sometimes, it's severe. Not able to release air in anyway and gas accumulates and causes pain in the upper obdomen and upper back. Most of the mornings, i feel some emptiness in my upper obdomen. Feel nauseous n sometimes vomit. Pls suggest some homeo med.

try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee,tea etc... Stress may make your gastritis symptoms worse...Stress may be hard to avoid, but you can learn to cope with it. If you have trouble relaxing, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..take over the counter medications with above..consulting doctor if symptoms persists

Gastritis or hypercholardia is the disoeder in which pt require to change is food habits first .1 drink lot of water 2 avoid cabbage, cauliflower, peas ,beans ,rajma channa ,urad dal and aersted drinks .3 have exersice daily 4 sleep should ne adequate.5 take less rensions .and enjoy chach and coccujjut water on daily basis .homeopathic medicine of neede after change of lifestyle is natrum phos 6x and if still problems persist, kindly consult doctor
