Gastritis , upper abdomen pain
Iam suffering from Gastritis for 20 days now. Doctor told that its a case of chronic gastritis now. I am having abdominal pain which comes anytime and its a sharp pain that lasts for a short time. My doctor prescribed pantocid dsr and sparacid syrup for 40 days now. What is the cause of this problem and what diet should i take in this

Please get an ultrasound of the abdomen done as symptoms of gallstones exactly mimic like that of acidity. If already been done then for your acidity yp can plan for a endoscopy (OGDSCOPY).
For severe gastritis you should have less oily and less spicy diet.
