If symptoms recur after H.pylori treatment, a repeat endoscopy & H.pylori test has to be done to confirm H.pylori eradication. If it is still positive, the treatment has to be upgraded to eradicate the infection.
Next Steps
Consult your Gastroenterologist to confirm H.pylori eradication and to look for other causes of acid reflux, if any.
