I am 3 months pregnant and am experiencing severe gastritis from three days. Can I consume rantac tablet.

Tablet Gelusil for chewing Take lots of curd and buttermilk and Lassi Don’t lie down immediately after meals Take Glucon D powder 2 spoons for immediate relief
